The label Affin, based in Germany, was launched 2008 by Joachim Spieth.
After years of working on several labels like Kompakt, Paso Music, Galaktika
or Tongut it was on time to establish a platform combining Spieth’s musical
preferences, including artists from Australia, America, Europe and Asia.

It was his approach to develop a musical playground for different drafts of
techno/house music, a label that is oscillating between warm up and peaktime periodes.
With artists like Little Fritter, Markus Guentner, Deepchild, Benn Lian, Dirty
Culture, Reggy Van Oers, Tom Pooks, Maxime Dangles, The Dolphins, Bjoern
Stolpmann, Alex James, Hans Bouffmyhre, Gustavo Lamas, Danilo
Schneider, Miguel Puente, Datensi (…) the label grew very fast to a
respected imprint in the last two years.

One of Affins goals is to search for music with personality to serve the audience
on the dancefloor with surprising elements. Countless comments and
plays from DJs like Jimpster, D’Julz, Brothers Vibe, Dominik Eulberg, Arnaud
Le Texier, Martin Eyerer (…) confirm the huge diversity of Affin for today
and for the upcoming projects .
