Hi everyone! It’s been a very busy year at the Tenderversion HQ so far, preparing for a bunch of great new releases while enduring the long dark Swedish winter so this is actually the first newsletter we’ve had time to compose for a while. Since we next week are releasing our first release this year we decided to dedicate this entire newsletter to that release and our newest member in the Tenderversion family, Mire Kay. Enjoy!

1. Mire Kay
We are so proud to present the latest addition to the Tenderversion family, Mire Kay! This is the new project of Emelie Molin and Victoria Skoglund from the band Audrey. As Mire Kay they get to explore a more minimalistic spectrum than we’re used to hearing them in, yet it sounds bigger than ever. It’s a well used expression, but less is more indeed! Their debut and first release on A Tenderversion Recording this year is a five track EP called Fortress.

2. Release date / pre-order
The official release dates are April 15 (EU) and April 20 (SE), but there’s no reason at all to wait until then to order it. We’ve set up a sweet pre-order in our e-store at www.tenderversion.com and we’ll ship all pre-orders to arrive worldwide on April 15! (Maybe even earlier if you’re lucky)
3. Fortress
Fortress will be released on three formats, 10” vinyl, CD and digital. The CD and 10″ vinyl both comes in special made cardboard folders with a 500×500mm fold out poster featuring artwork from Skogen. Both produced from 100% recycled paper and printed with environmental friendly ink. The digital version will be available at http://mirekay.bandcamp.com where you can choose almost any format you want (mp3, wav, flac, ogg vorbis etc) or from comfy iTunes, just a click away from being downloaded directly to your thingamajig of choice.
4. Release party!
To celebrate Mire Kay we’ll throw a release party in Malmö on April 30th! Due to the limited space at the venue (which is also secret for now) you must have received a personal invitation from the band or get a hold of one of the limited tickets that we will be releasing soon. So mark your calendars, check your inboxes and add us on Twitter or Facebook to be the first ones to get the info about the tickets. See you there!
