only alone, or..?

For this topic I had drown on the discussion between some members of that group. The question is: do you sing alone because you're shy, because don't like your voice, or you just enjoy doing that alone even if you like singing with other people?

Personally i sing only when i'm alone, except in big concerts, when i'm sure that the music would cover my voice XD

Well, as a rooky here I just wanna say that I love singing when Im alone and when Im around people. As long as Im not standing on a stage with a crowd in front of me, I can sing pretty good(Ive been told...)

I'm singing when I'm alone because... i love it :)
I'm singing when I'm sad and when I'm happy, winter and summer, day and night.
I know that i CAN sing well, but usually sing for myself.

I love singing when I'm alone but I don't mind singing in front of other people!

I like things that I like, but I love everything.

Hm.. I sing alone cos I don't feel comfortable when someone listens to me..;> I don't think I have good voice to singing:P But there are some people - my friends whom I trust and I'm sure I won't find my performance at youtube..;D

Because I'm very shy, and my voice is not good XD Anyway, during concerts I don't mind singing aloud and I don't care if other people can hear me... That's strange actually ò_ò but it's impossible to stay quiet during a concert.

I'm extremely shy, I hate my voice so much, so singing when I'm alone is the only way for me :P I can't even imagine myself singing when other people hear me -,-

Sometimes I sing in the middle of a class, but other times I do care if someone is listening. Depends on the mood I'm in.

i sing whenever im home alone
but i get all paranoid that someone is going to come home without me noticing, so i have to keep watch the whole time XD

i sing quietly in the shower

and i sing during Gym, but only novelty-type songs

I used to be in a school choir and sing in front of a bunch of people.
However I fear I do not have the voice for it any more, so I just sing when I'm alone.

I like to sing alone but i don't really mind if somebody hears me.
i love to sing together with someone, when we listen to the same music, or someone is playing guitar near. I love singing with my friends when we are drunk xD Noone cares if he can sing or not.
I've been told several times that i have quite nice voice to sing, but I, myself know, that I don't have technical education for singing. I don't care ;]
It's nice to sing when you really feel the music and it's good to know that your friends [or accidentally met poeple sometimes :P] feel the same music the same way you do.

I like singing when I'm alone - and almost exclusively then - because most of the songs I like to sing do not suit my voice at all, so I just 'butcher' them.

Actually I don't mind when my mother and sister can hear my singing because I'm at home, I'm comfortable. :) I really love singing when I'm alone, even though I don't think that my voice sucks that much. I love to express my emotions through it, it liberates. :)

Alone with nobody around, or with friends - usualy when we are drinking/drunk or just happy..oh and on concerts of course, then i scream like a mad man! Everybody must know that i am capable of doing it and that i am fan! :D :D
