  I see things are very much as they were 6 months ago over here.... at the "african lounge" ("we only serve genuine and marvelous black african coffee and music"), we find Miles Davis @ No. 1 and Koop, Pink Floyd, Ludwig Van Beethoven, Parov Stelar and De-Phazz all in the Top 10. I think I'll look for my African music in one of the better-run African groups, thank you.

  Alec, you know full well what I'm talking about. You censored ectomorfo's shout. You remember, the one where he was suggesting that you were, perhaps, ''pissing off'' , a number of folks? And , to repeat myself , what happened to the Airport link? Nice moustache ,btw.

  The group radio is truly awful - at least if you were expecting 'genuine' african music. About 16 tracks in I hit Youssou N'Dour. Before that a succession of 'smooth' jazz, some ambient dreck and the sounds of people p#ssing through a sieve onto a corrugated roof (newage?). Perhaps none of this is suprising as only daithisciath seems to play much music that is even romotely 'african'. A real big disappointment so far, which is a shame as Alec has put up some really good (imho) connections here. I'll give it to Xmas and if this doesn't improve then I'm outta here.Note to Alec - can't you try to rustle up some folks who actually have an interest in some kind of african music at least?
