My faves had to be a pair of blue and white torsion zx something or other, with the big phat yellow torsion bar running down the middle of the sole. Anyone remember those?? My parents bought me them when I was at school, admittedly this was almost 25 years ago, but i still remember them and cherish their memory to this day (since i grew out of them after a year or so! god only knows what happened to them)
I remember them costing a small fortune at the time, and all my school buddies being totally jealous. Something about them having bits missing from the sole, make you run faster(?) was the coolest thing ever. I remember my dad saying that they should cost less as they had bits missing! (Parents - they will never understand)
Always loved the Run DMC classics too but I was way into my sports at the time, however I now own several but the originals still have to be the best ;)
