Not Wes Anderson related, but David O. Russell, who directed I heart Huckabees is coming out with a new movie. It's titled The H-Man Cometh and stars Vince Vaughn as a sarcastic radio talk show host who starts taking on the qualities of his neurotic patrons. It sounds pretty interesting. I loved Huckabees so hopefully this will be just as good. It's still in pre-production right now and isn't scheduled to release until later this year. Just thought I'd drop a heads up.

So far I've heard very little in the way of details about this movie. The usual suspects are being discussed for the voices; Bill Murray, Anjelica Houston, Jason Schwartzman. It will supposedly be released around Christmas '07. And I know it's based on the Roald Dahl book. That's all I've got. What I want to know is how you feel about Anderson making a film out of a children's book. Good move/bad move? Personally, I love everything he does so I'm sure this will be no exception. It should be interesting to see what he does for a completely different demographic.
