How long have you been playing the violin?

Well, just 6 months... D:
I always wanted to play violin, I had one for years but anyone knew how to make it work, and my parents didn't wanted me to take classes... blahblah... a long story. I know I'm late, very very late, but I love it!.. And I suck so much...

I've started at age of 7. I finished primary music school at 2006 and now I'm studying in secondary music school. I'm playing now the Saint-Saens concerto in b minor 3rd movement, but I'm scared of this... :D
However in September will be... 11 years.
I'm playing only classic, and (trying :D) music from anime (when I'm sad or... ? much various moods :D).

I started the day after my 12th birthday when my grandfather bought me a violin, exactly a month ago! I've only been playing for a short time but I love it!

JK Rowling told a better love story in one chapter than Stephanie Meyer did in four books. ♥

about 14 years, but I'm ashamed to say now I'm at University I don't practise as much as I should!

About 13 years! I started when I was 7. This is my hobby now.

I first started in a school program when I was about 7-8, didn't take it very seriously back then but have really been enjoying it the last few years I'm glad I stuck with it left with an overall total of about 14 years. :)
