Three years ago, I can't remember how exactly, but that was like a year since "The Beekeeper" came out and that was my first album, BUT, there of course was this song "Mary" that I knew about before my Tori obsession, what's weird is that is not one of her most popular songs, anyway . While "The Beekeeper" isn't my favourite of hers, it's still an album that I like and I don't understand all the hate it has.

My favorites are "Little Earthquakes", "Scarlet's Walk" and "From the Choirgirl Hotel". I'm only growing into "Boys for Pele"...eh, it's been goin' on for years *sighs*!

  • I first heard tori when I was like 17...like 12 years ago...but, I've been an obsessed Tori fan for the last 9 years....my all time favorite album is of course, Little Earthquakes...then,
    boys for pele
    scarlet's walk
    choirgirl hotel.....

i'm not policing what you think and dream
i run into your thought from across the room
    just another trick
    can i weather this
  • I started listening to Tori about 2 years ago. My friend sent me her favourites songs: Yes, Anastasia, Hey Jupiter, Girl, Past the Mission, Talula, Concertina, Spark and Crucify. I started to listen to Yes, Anastasia and I just couldn't stop. Then I kept listening those songs over and over and over again and then I bought ADP, which, of course, I just loved. For a long time my favourite album was GFCH, but lately I loved Beekeeper and SW. They're so relaxing, it's like a trevel to another world:)

I discovered her music in 1996 through Boys For Pele album, which is my beloved one till this very moment and fell completely for her. I love also Under the Pink. Her recent works, image and behaviour are not my pair of shoes, unfortunatelly. Still, I am grateful for the past albums, listen to them non stop:).

Well, I had listened her at first time at my work on the radio with "Crucify" in the month it came out. And I thought, "Hey, Kate Bush made a new record" (One of my favoritessingers at that time. I still like her very much) But after a while listening, I recognized a special mood in the song, a special touch of me and suddenly I got shivers over my back...This is my heartmusic
I´m in her age and she accompanied me till now. Through my deepth and highs of my life, while my maternity ... Sometimes I didn´t understand her so much (Choirgirl Hotel, ADP) and sometimes its seems to me as she can look in my heart (Scarlet´s walk, the beekeeper).
The new record is special again...I think I have to hear her songgirls for a while to understand the hidden sense for me. Funny my 12 years old daughter has a totally different way to her songs. She finds her own sense in them. I think she is old enough now to take her on the concert. She belongs to the following generation of daughters ...of women

  • I started listening to her in 2002 when someone lent me From The Choirgirl Hotel.
It's hard to pick favorites but From The Choirgirl Hotel and Little Earthquakes stick out as just above the rest.

"Give me peace, love and a hard cock."
