A group against the likes of Rihanna, Sean Kingston, Fergie etc producing mass pop bullsh*t and calling it 'RnB' - This group is for people who love REAL RnB & Soul music, the stuff that inspires....!

Ok, so you're probably thinking 'what the hell inspired you to make a group called the association of anti-dilution of rnb/soul'....Or maybe you're thinking about that sandwhich you just ate...anyways...what made me create this group, is that as an RnB/Soul music lover, it disappoints me to see manufactured pop wannabes tarnishing the genre with their cruddy lyrics, sappy vocals and OTT production.

I'm taking it back to when people used to ask you what type of music you listened to and you said 'RnB' and you still looked credible.

Nowadays, due to the chav culture and tenny boppers of our generation, its no longer seen as a credible genre. It's replaced Pop and become something more sinister.

This group is to state that there is still decent, real, honest RnB and Soul music out there....beneath all the layers, you'll find gems like Floetry, Calvin Richardson, Choklate, Emily King...I could go on.....

So come and join the revolution, give RnB & Soul its credibility back and STOP the plastics from destroying our much loved genre!!

R&B was just a name to "black music". Didn't matter if it was soul or rock 'n' roll, it all would be considered just "R&B". But I believe, as long as the music got a style it turned into kinda genre. But now is such a mess, R&B - please, read the whole thing - rhythm and blues; these people don't have the blues, they don't even care about rhythm. So tell me, why would we call them "R&B"?

huh? WTF? I assumed this was a group dedicated to original RnB (Cab Calloway etc) and soul (Aretha Franklin, Otis Redding, James Brown). To be honest I'd think that was a stupid group too but it makes even less sense to be precious about a musical label when its meaning has already changed such a huge amount. Listen to what you like and don't get so stressed about "looking credible"; musical genres change constantly.

I heard from a inside source at the label that he is working with some producer named Fanatic who has produced Beyonce, Michael Jackson, Anthony Hamilton, Raheem DeVaughn. against the likes of Rihanna ... eheheh ... the girl has an amazing voice, but she has been sucked to the shitty mainstream music industry world... it's not really her fault. I believe she is capable of doing a lot better. She needs the guts to say to her agents Fuck Off! Fuck the Ratings! Let me write my own material!
