hmm.. hard chois but all ballads + classics (alone in the dark, over the wall, the haunting) I think. Testament without skolnick? down for lige, legions of the dead.. but testament without skolnick isn't testament ;)

If I had to choose just one Testament track to listen to for the rest of my life, I'd probably be The Evil Has Landed. Or maybe it could be Demonic Refusal, Electric Crown, D.N.R., or Afterlife.
