London's Victorian Circus Punks, or purveyors of the Fleet Beat sound. Whichever you prefer. Both albums (2008's 'Thunderer & Excelsior' and 2010's 'Railway Architecture') are available in all good record shops and digial emporia on Blow Up Records.

    I haven't found their lyrics anywhere, which is a shame cuz I cant make out all of 'That Whic is / That Which is Not'. Anybody know where to find them? Have a gut feeling that it has something to do with existentialism or conciouness since the song title is a quote from Jean-Paul Sartre.
