New Different Music Help

I was wondering if anyone could help point me in the direction of some new fantstic music. While I love the music I durrently listen to ( regina Spektor, Tegan and Sara, Tilly and the Wall, Death Cab for cutie) I feel I have listened most of them to death. They are as good as ever yet they offer me very little. I need something new that is exciting, different and equal to Regina spektor's Samson. Any thoughts?

Blackfield, you should really try it out. Alonf with Aviv Geffen's solo work if you can get your hands on it and Porcupine Tree. Fiona Apple is a given, naturally, but you should also seek out new stuff, rather unconditionally :P Maaya Sakamoto, altough japanese, has some really nice tunes.
