    Jan 19, 2008 Photos

The Calamita of Cavriago put on their website some photos of the italian show. It's here: http://www.calamita.net/damo.html. It was really a nice day and night, really full of good vibes.

We had a great and very relaxing afternoon before at my home with Damo and my son, drinking tea, in a perfect quiet moment, an excellent silence and light around us.

Damo wrote this hereunder about the concert on his diary. What a strange day:

"When I performed in Italy, I had to receive terrible news...
My uncle (took my fathers place in my life as I lost my father when I was 5 years old) passed away.
My uncle Isao Suzuki was a really respectable human being, was a pilot for military transport airplane. Few days before end of WW2, he had airplane dissaster, he and an another survived and all other dead. He excuse himself for all his life. It was bad weather and also Japan is loosing th war, had not good materials any more He made a monument where airplane made accident to remember these passangers also he wrote book published by himself. This is a story of young pilot, his own experience. Also he continuing contact with families lost thier loved ones by this airplane dissaster.
He visited our family and played together with me and my younger brother when we were small kids. Also I was working at his company befoer I left Japan for the world. Last year I visited him in hospital, he was that time already loosing memories, getting very weak and sick.
That night I performed in Cavriago, I made music for him and it was really great concert if he was being together with us. The concert I made for dearest loved one. God bless him!!!
Life/time is strange game..it's brings strange combination....
Same day January 19 2008 I lost my uncle, My friend Tilmann got his first baby.... "
    (from Damo Suzuki live report/newsletter)

I was also very happy to perform for the first time with most of the musicians on stage (except Damo and Giulio..). We were 9 on stage and without any blah-blah just able to hear/listen to/interact with eachothers: we had a great communication. We peformed 1 SONG OF 2 HOURS without any break.

We performed at nearly 1 am. I came back home at 5 am, in one of the deepest fog I ever met here. Was like a limbo around the venue...

    All the best
    OM
