    @chuche7787 sry @Sifuego fight their arguments but not people, violence "abstract" or not, is no solution @rest not tolerating every opinion isn`t an act of intolerance but an act of listening to those what people are saying and think about that stuff. You couldn`t be tolerant to everything or you`ll neither need an opinion nor a use for ear or brain. People will act like they are thinking. And if this is nazi shit there is a need for drawing a line argue and exclude those people.

    Well music is music and it even is not everytime about the lyrics or that the message of the music you are listening to is exactly "your" message. But what the hell is the f*** problem in drawing a clear line between the punk/crust/whatever scene and those nazi shit. Usually it is only possible to be tolerant with nazis as long as they are in a small minority of a scene but this is a wrong attitude. It`s the same on the street. As a punk you are able to walk on the street as long as there are less or 2,3 nazis, but if they are "enough" sooner or later you`ll get into trouble. If you tolerate them and or even defend them cause you are thinking it would be oppressive to keep them out of the scene this has consequences. In the name of "tolerance" you`ll let them grow. And cause nazis are only fans of tolerance as long as they are weak, this is a nazi-supportive attitude which is repressive against punx or those with the "wrong" colour. in the long run. @Sifuego act like they do=bullshit

    i see no problem in returning the favor, by using the same methods towards opressionist they like to use themselves. You may be tired of explaining, but have in mind this is how people in general think about it. Coming into rebellion against people that use harsh tactics such as (state) voilence, inprisoning and censoring for no good reason is taught to be criminal and unethical, and less effictive non-voilent behaviour towards it (such as reasoning, ignoring etc) are often promoted. I do share the believe you should continue to use non-voilent methods at first, but if the use of voilence ((in the abstract term, in this case deliberately fighting against nazism etc) is necessary why not? it's way more effective than talking to them. let them feel what they're doing to other people.

    @ The_Dildo_Fairy : As i already said to other people..the open-minded thing is just related to musical tastes. I enjoy and encourage the listening of music that is not directly related to crust punk,while i still don't forget what punk (and especially crust punk) is about. And still as i said before: if you believe in freedom of choice,opinion,expression and so on, you must fight (or at least disagree with,choosin a position) those who are openly against it. Enough said. I've already told this so many times..i'm not sayin my personal opinion is the best one,but that i'm tired to have to repeat it.

    While I utterly despise nationalism, racism and so forth, the group's manifesto is self-contradictory. You can't be open-minded and persecute people with certain views (even if you disagree with them, and even if they really are wrong - not morally wrong (I don't believe in such a term), but logically wrong). If you define "the way of life" of punk as being anti-anything, then punks can't be open-minded.

    Going back to music, The Roots' new album "Undun" is probably their best one to date. One of the best rap/hip-hop albums I've heard in a long time.

    I don't think it was unreasonable for me to assume that you took your beliefs/ideologies from punk rock culture after you said "wtf,learn the fuckin history,the fuckin roots of what you listen to or what you're judgin." Although it is true that punk and crust has a history of anti-fascism, I believe that it's irrelevant, since people shouldn't base their ideals off of music in the first place. However, since you said you found punk after already having established your own set of beliefs, we are on the same page and arguing the same thing. As for having parents/family members who were subjected to extreme oppressive governments, that makes two of us.

    -->about the many horrible things that are goin on in this world..because,luckily,this is one of the things that makes punk way more than just music in itself,but offer a view on the society we're livin in..that,of course,everyone choose to see/feel/live in the way he/she prefer/can..)....but the point is: how can you tell someone is just followin a dogma or actually believe in something??!?..i personally found in punk something that fitted into how i already was and felt...and,luckily,punk is even something still free,you don't have to have a specific political ideas or view for join it..but when we talks about freedom that can never fit with fascism..so bein into punk will never get along with bein into fascistic ideas. That's all.

    garxia..i'll later answer to your previous comment,but i feel i have to answer to the last one immediatly: what are YOU talkin about? How can you tell/jusdge someone that you don't know in real life and for shure you don't know his/her personaly history and how he/she grow up and realize certain things/made decisions/took positions/related to ideas and so on..?? i personally felt certein things were always wrong,as for war or racism..i grew up in the periphery of my town,were many immigrants lives..i've heard their voices,their histories,i've seen how they lives...i live in a country that was destroyed by fascism,a livin poison that is still creatin many problems(wich means,also,IT KILLS)...my grandparents told me many things about the horrors of war and the nightmare of nazifascism when i was younger..so for me was natural feelin as an antifascist..this WAY before gettin into punk (altough i got in it when i was pretty young..and for shure punk gave me many possibilities to think ->

It's silly to be identify with certain beliefs that you found through music; you should form your beliefs on your own and find music that is consistent with your beliefs. It might be helpful to note that my first post was not serious, but all my other posts are.
