mine is 0. it was 121 or 125 last month.

I'm assuming it's due to an error, but, I still win.

I think mine was 138, and it's now 140, so no real problems for me...

Now i've read this thread i want a low one, just so i can fit in. xD

maybe because it counted the ones without a tag... so that one artist with a tag makes up 24%?

The lowest "REAL" OMI I've seen is 12. It was some guy who listened to 4 bands total, all from the same genres.

The problem with OMI is an instant bias depending on the amount of music you listen to (if you got 5 000 tracks scrobbled your OMI will most likely be less than if it was 50 000) as well as last.fm users in general not being able to scrobble certain artists and tracks properly, as well as the issue that last.fm merges artists with same names so what shows up at your OMI can in fact be something completely different.
