Help create a NEW and improved metalad!

Checkpoints for our alpha release:
1)Gather a base minimum of logos Done
2)Process them to the appropriate size / colours Done
3)Get hold of the source code, or write a new one Done
4)Improve/Enlarge Database; spot and tackle bugs ---- IN PROGRESS

The previous maintainers or anybody else affiliated to current metalad projects are welcome to join and share their knowledge ;)
No, it won't be just about metal, all music logos are accepted.

I love how everyone was bitching about the old MetalAd until their favorite bands got logos on it. "MAN FUCK YOU GUYS, YOU DON'T HAVE MUSE OR BMTH ON HERE...BAWWWW" Months to a year or so later, they aren't saying SHIT.

no diatribe, we're certainly not at a standstill, quite the opposite, I'm proud to announce our first stable MetalAd release! >>> Get it while it's hot http://metalad.org <<< Apparently some of our logos will need to be updated due to quality issues (see the relevant forum thread), and of course we have to re-design the page. Everybody with an interest to participate in the community is kindly invited to help out!

When did the logo update day change? I just noticed mines all fresh and exciting now. I wonder if it's possible to do it more often... Looking at the same one for a month gets stinky..

well .. if you're talking about using bandlogos, i can help :) ... from what i understand, you want a larger banner. take a look at the implementation of the one column Layout (ImgArtistsOneColumn.class.php)
