Not content just getting your online music fix from last.fm? Where do you get track listings, lyrics, reviews, bios, album art? Where do you post reviews?

Here we explore any and all music sites...

Here are some of our favourite music resources on the web (apart from last.fm of course!). Click on the images to visit the sites. Rate Your Music (RYM) is a database of albums, EPs, singles, etc. Users can build a list of their own music collection (and wishlist) and can rate and review albums. This data is then used to generate recommendations for users, identify other users with similar tastes and create lists of top-rated albums.



MusicBrainz is a community music metadatabase that attempts to create a comprehensive music information site. MusicBrainz data can be accessed via the web site, or using software tools such as the MusicBrainz Tagger, which clean up the tags in your digital music collections.


Discogs is a community-built database of music information. It includes with discographies of all labels, all artists, all cross-referenced. Well, maybe not all yet!



The allmusic guide is an music database maintained by the AMG ("All Media Group") editorial staff, along with hundreds of expert contributors (all music fanatics in their own right). It claims to be the most comprehensive music reference source on the planet! It's certainly a great site to look up track listings, discographies and artist bios.




Is it blasphemy to link to Pandora from last.fm? We don't think so: here we like to be inclusive not exclusive!

    stumbled upon this group, might be very interesting, disappointing amount of members though, for being around since '07. screw those groups with many thousands of people but where never anything happens (how amazing, having a group of + 20.000 members and nothing ever, ever happens). so, HELLO ;-) ps: someone stop Pixieguts! She's taking over Teh Internets!! She's Everywhere!!! (lol, but I do luv u though...)
