Enhancement Request: Remove genre tags from Pandora

Artists scrobbled from Pandora occasionally have genre tags appended to their names to disambiguate them from other artists of the same name. Currently your extension includes these tags in the artist name when they are scrobbled. This leads to many incorrect artist tags being scrobbled.

Examples: Tennis (Electronic), Antlers (Rock), Youth Brigade (1980's), Ernie And Bert (Children's), They Might Be Giants (Children's), The Muppets (Children's), Raffi (Children's), Architects (Metal), Alice Rose (Solo Artist), Cassius (Metal), Dre (Rap), etc.

These are just a few of the many incorrect artist tags I've inadvertantly scrobbled from Pandora using the LastFM Firefox Extension. Is there a way for the extension to drop the genre tags before sending them to last.fm?
