  fill your library as much as you can, get friends - and those 3st free ip-s -- so radio wouldn't be as much important !! and greedy bastards are all of those who think toilet paper is same as those things that MUST BE FREE for all humans - 3 egzistencial needs (Maslow's list) encluding water, public schooling, electricity and music!

  Ok, seems its working in Germany and luckily I am moving back there :) (Currently I am living in Iceland). This trend is really starting ti drive me nuts. The governments are constantly drifting the Internet from one global network to a regional network where every country starts its own protectionism/big brother crap.
