    [BUG] playlist.create returns empty response

The playlist's create method returns an empty response (<lfm status="ok"></lfm>) instead of a playlist element, as documented; can we fix this?

Are you serious tburny? why is the feature there if there are no users?! it is very handy for DJs to store ideas they are working on for potential mixes or just grouping favourite tracks... from what you're saying the API will not be fixed any time soon which is a shame... perhaps if it was opened and working well for external apps to use then you may see more use of it!
