Buckethead has dozens of instrumental albums, many of them amazing, of many genres including acoustic, ambient, metal, electronica, prog, and anywhere in between... but in my opinion Colma is the most beautiful and emotional instrumental album I have ever come across...

Colma is all clean, mostly acoustic melodies with a feel and emotion unlike anything you have ever heard. The first track, Whitewash, will haunt you for days, I garuantee it.

Do yourself a favor if you haven't ever heard it and give it a listen.

There's also Electric Tears. Great album as well.

  • i would like to recommend some..

i'd like to recommend to hear Beirut..most the songs are chillin out ..:)

  • I couldn't read every post, but the instrumental tracks of NIN's "The Fragile" were a welcoming surprise; especially "La Mer".
Also, on the "Pixies at the BBC" album, they perform "Letter to Memphis" sans vocals.
