According to Clint Takeda, the inspiration for “Hummingbird Mountain” came from the Rockies, but was developed in Philadelphia. Hummingbird Mountain is not a geologically formed mountain, but rather a mountain made of millions of hummingbirds. It is not a mountain that you climb, but rather one that you listen to.
