A group for fans of the classic Adult Swim animated comedy series.

Home Movies is a dialogue-driven American animated comedy series that originally aired from 1999 to 2004. It is about eight-year-old Brendon Small (voiced by the creator, head writer, and lead musician of Home Movies, Brendon Small), who makes home films with his friends, Melissa Robbins and Jason Penopolis, in his spare time. He lives with his divorced mother, Paula, and his adopted baby sister, Josie. He is also friends with his alcoholic, short-tempered soccer coach, John McGuirk.

They should NOT bring back Home Movies. It had a greeeeeat run of 52 episodes with one of the most real and touching endings to ever grace animation. Small is clearly done with the show and the team was been away for too long. It's not the kind of show that you could merely write more episodes in my opinion. I'd like to see some other things done in the universe, maybe, like "director's cuts" of the films or an extended Kafka opera, but no touching the main series. It would kill me to see a bad episode.

They almost made a comeback, but not enough people signed the e-petition or w/e they had. What a shame, Home Movies is a thousand times better than Metalocalypse.
