Help a newbie install a skin on foobar2000?

I just downloaded foobar2000 and i don't know how to install the skin i downloaded from here:

also some people say i need to paste stuff in PanelsUI but when i extracted the rar file i got a folder called "basic", where am i supposed to paste it in to make it work?

help would be appreciated

1. Extract
2. Drop dll files into main foobar folder/components
3. Run f2k
4. Choose Columns UI
5. Open prefs and search for FCL importing, click import and search for Syn's foo.fcl
6. Configure skin to your liking and enjoy
