Famadou (or Famoudou) Konate did some very nice stuff! At the moment I love listening to Drissa Kone from Bamako who is at the moment on tour In Austria, Germany & Slovenia. I will add the tour dates later. I also like Jaraba Jakite and the old Yamadu Dunbia. Adama Drame did also some very nice recordings., as well as Soungalo Coulibaly.

these are all really good djembefolas.. may i add lamine camara? he also does really good music and is - besides - a totally nice person (i got to know him last summer)..
