Your experiences with racism?

Well, please post your experiences with racism here. Did someone attack you or your friends? How did you react? Or did you never experience any violence from racists?

Well, when I was in england two years ago, I had some, well, not really dangerous, but... strange experiences. The teens from the city I visited had such a idiotic mindset: German, therefore nazi. They didn't attack us, but they were, well, ... aggressive. Thanks goodness nothing happened.

I sometimes get attacked by people from other countries who think that I'm a damn nazi, just because I'm german. Don't they see that THEY behave exactly like nazis do? They don't like me, just because I'm german... I hate it.

What about your experiences?

But btw. some emigrants from Russia wanted to beat me because I'm german. Sad but true.

not in poland. we have less than 0.1 percent of refugees and outsiders. oi!'s and nazi have the same point of view in cases such as fags, commies and rest of the scam.

Well people always think I don't speak English or need a translator. Well, I speak perfect fucking English for your information. It always surprises them how great my English is. I don't have an accent or anything. I've lived in the US since I was less than a year old. My spanish on the other hand... needs a little work. I guess to say the honest truth, the people most "racist" against me are the people are who are like me (my race). Weird huh? Well I can proudly say I'm an americanized Hispanic/Mexican and other true, non-americanized Hispanics/Mexicans can't really stand us because they think we've lost our true selves (Mexicanss) or w/e. It really pisses me off and make me sad because in the end, I really am one of them. I'm sorry I adjusted to this country. I truly am. =(

I can´t believe this.. I just had to look at the groups of "blemblem" (The name fits the brains..),and I´m shocked..
I´m also german and I hate the prejudices so many people have against Germany..
Few weeks ago some Americans came to our school and told us, that most Americans think germans are all racists, although the Americans on that school (The school has also a "patriot" in its name, nice huh?) have to swear to the American Flag every shit morning..

I live in Italy, and here there are many racists.
They are racists against people from the south of Italy, or people from North Africa or Albania.
This disgusts me. :|

I'm from mideastern germany, but i look a bit mediterranean. I personally didn't experienced racial violence yet. But, as i want to join a party or celebration in my area i need to check who else is going to be there, because the right racists here are pretty aggressive on me when they're drunken because of my slightly darker skin and hair. Also there are pretty much russian immigrants in my town, beating anyone down they don't like (mostly non-russians). In short: the racism here sucks hard!

doubt that you care, but..

my exp with racism isn't that rich like others only my last class in school was like getting more intolerant against me, so i just changed schools.
from time to time i hear racial slurs adressed to me, but i guess it's just a dickheaded stand out thing/ trend crap , not that they would like really hate me.

This one time i was waiting at the train station and this drunk fat guy was there and he started talking to me, which i didn't really mind...until these asian kids walked past us. I can't remember what he said, but it was some racist comment that he said loud enough for them to hear, and that i just despised. So without another word, I just walked away from the guy to get on the train that had just arrived. The kids obviously thought i was friends with the guy or i knew him or something, because they looked at me in a really scared and worried way. That was such a horrible feeling, that i was associated with the guy's shitty attitude and prejudices.

Here in Greece I thought that racism wasn't strong. But I hear so many racial comments every day. I can hear them when I'm in a taxi and the driver sees black people walking, I can hear them in super market ques where greeks complain about foreigners being ungrateful, I can even hear them on tv. The problem is that every action has a reaction. So little albanian children form groups which bully greek children. It seems like everyone has shit in their heads!

I'm black...

In the university they look at me rarely(strange), since there are no black many people, they believe that I must be adopted or something like that,because always they ask it me.
They can't understand that sometimes either the race or the color direct a note to enter a university...
