For those who make their websites using CSS layouts (as opposed to tables), or are wanting to learn how to lose those nasty layout tables.
CSS layouts add a lot to a site that table layouts hinder. Not the least of which are accessibility, faster loading, consistency throughout your site, lower hosting costs (if you pay based on how much bandwidth you use), easier to redesign, and more.
Tables were never meant to be used for layouts. That was a "hack" that designers learned because there was no other way to do things way-back-when. These days, CSS is more than capable of handling layouts, though not without it's problems.
Here is the place to discuss your CSS designs, learn how to fix problems (the biggest problem being that thing Microsoft calls a browser, IE), and get tips on how to do things better the CSS way.
