    I'm sure everyone has heard of this already, but Brian Eno and David Byrne are releasing a new album this month called Everything That Happens Will Happen Today.

    If you sign up for the mailing list on that site, you will get a free MP3 from the album tomorrow (August 4). I believe the whole album will be available for purchase on August 18 (only from that site, I think).

    maann, My Life in the Bush of Ghosts amazed me when I was listening to it for the very first time. I hope this new album will do the same, though I read some they made it more accessible.

  • Is it out/is it going to ever be out as a cd?

    If it is, i can wait, but if it isn't, i can't. I read about this 'album' in Eno's biography (best book i ever read) and am mildly excited.

    Until this moment, I have only heard a pair of songs from this album, but as far as they sound great I hope to have the entire release in my hands soon.
    I have to say that although Brian Eno's latest releases are rather mostly collaborations and vocal featured works than completely ambiental works, they communicate to the listener such brilliant and vivid sparks of emotions, feelings, thoughts and life itself that it makes impossible not to love these works! Amazing music!
