I've been listening to blues since I was about 15. 35 years cant believe it any way I 've seen some Greats.I had the pleasure of seeing Pine Top in late 70'S playing for Muddy Waters,Real allstar band made up of Muddy, Pine Top, Mat (gitar) Murphy, Johny Winters, and James Cotton,man once in a life time, a lightning strike. Than I saw him leading his own band a few years latter He can never, ever be replaced. One thing I vividly remember is the way he dressed real flamboyant, really cool man, a true blues man an endangered spic ease never again seen on this earth or any other planet for that matter.21 gun salute Pine top your music will be missed we lost some thing real not manufactured like the rest of the s*#t you hear today.
