So what is the take-away point from all of this... McCreary (and BSG) are brilliant, as this group's members will attest. As it says in the description... no need to be a BSG fan (or even know that acronym), although I would wager the majority of members would be.

Yes, I bought Eureka. Not bad, but not his greatest work either. Battlestar's are cds that you can really listen to over and over again, while Eureka sounds to me like a series of themes that aren't as catchy as bsg. They're fun to listen to, but it gets boring after a while.

RonnieBailey, you might want to check out if there's a soundtrack to the Sarah Connor Chronicles (tv show). The moment that soundtrack started playing I knew it was McCreary. So awsome, beautifull and yet so perfect for the show itself.
