How do you want the next album to sound like?

Well, it's all right there in the title.

Personally, I would like to hear something new. Possibly, something even more glitchy/experimental! I discovered that I really, really enjoy their noisy tunes like Rettic AC and Fol3, so I would love to hear more like this. Another thing I would love to hear, are a more spacey, ambient sounds like Perlence subrange 6-36, Altibzz or Outh9X.

In short, a less beat-oriented, spacey, noisy, glitchy sound in style with the tracks I just mentioned. An album like that, would be perfect for lying around the house, just relaxing.

So, what do you want to hear?

I`d like the rhythmic complexity and madness of Untilted combined with the melodic beauty and otherworldliness of Amber. I want some more ambient serene spaciousness with my clanks and bleeps.

Haha nice one, my wish has been granted. I`ve only listened to it once and I was very pleased, fairly blown away actually. It`s very atmospheric, warmer and more ambient than recent stuff, and very enjoyable and interesting. Time will tell if this is one of their best.

I expect more, more and more abstract works from AE. I like their early melodic tracks very much, but I think they should go deeper in their experiments creating revolutionary soundscapes like they did it on Untilted, Quaristice and on the Oversteps too. The last ones are my most listened albums now.

Oversteps is the start of a buildup to rhythmic, detailed, spacey, colorful noise. Like living static. They'll have an album full of Fol3s by 2020.

I second the wish to hear something more ambient\noise like.

At some moments with Oversteps\Move to Ten, I thought the beats were a bit in the way, the bassdrum absorbing too much from the beautifully dense ambient; that I wished I could also hear a beatless version.

You should try "Zeit" by Tangerine Dream if you dont know it yet. Awesome relentless dark ambient/noise from the early 70s.

I second that. Zeit is pretty much the best thing Tangerine Dream've ever done. And maaaan oh man, I am still very excited for what hopefully awaits us next year.

Anything really, I just would like a new album. It would be interesting to see them use lots of strong kicks, probably distorted/noisy.
