    by the thousands all ska down in cali is much better underground then main streem. band i suggest for any one down with the ska-core are:: Cerebro negro:: chanclaso 78::: los skarijuanos:: skatufoz::: just dont ask and look them up bad ass bands!!!!

  • cerebro negro is not bad. chanclaso 78 and skatufoz i don't like. it's hard to call their music ska-core and im not a big fan of latin ska.

    Latino Ska

    I live in California myself and I must say that here most ska bands are latin ska. I'm not too big on the genre unless its mexska-core like Krata or Nino Zombi.

    Moving more upward to Orange County, now that's a place where you can find really good ska bands.

    No doubt about it, it does beat mainstream....Mexican Ska is waaaay better in my opinion. Its actually spreading even more. Ive been more of a fan on Local Bands for a long while already. theres a shitload of bands i can name but if you guys do like the hardcore badass bands i can give you some names(:
