I agree with place4tears and the other people who says that group's image shouldn't be album cover. I think that some picture of simply 80's Goth girl or guy will be better.

I agree with this. I don't think having one person as an avatar works since one person doesn't define the 80s Gothic scene. An album - or even one song - can mean more to people than the singer.

Well, we hit 1,000 this morning [though that just seems to have gone down to 999 - odd]. Most people wanted the Bela Lugosi cover, with Siouxsie being the next most popular choice.

I like the Bauhaus one we have now...it's classic!

Other good ones would be Dinah Cancer from 45 Grave or maybe Rozz wearing that veil and (dress?)

I'd prefer Bela's image to someone's face (including Peter Murphy) because it's THE HYMN for me.

There seems to be some confusion here.. the avatar was changed back in June to the present Bauhaus one. The one we had before that was the cover of This Mortal Coil's It'll End In Tears.
