We are still working on it, and I hope that everything will go back to normal in the next few hours.

Basically a cooling failure in one of our datacenter caused the room to overheat a bit too much. lozzd spent most of the night there and he is still there helping the team to fix up things. No data has been lost or anything, we just need to put everything back on tracks :)

    Thanks for your patience everyone!

HAZZZ , you don't stop scrobbling even when you sleep, so some missed tracks just will be step forward to the correct scrobbling :)))))))

And my problem has existed for nearly a month, not some random outage in data center and the tracks DON'T disappear from diagnostics with refresh. Thanks for spamming the topic with stupid off-topic shit though.

If you're using the Last.fm desktop client: Go to the Help menu, click Diagnostics. You should see a list of all your unsent scrobbles. Click the Reconnect button, and it should send them all through.

I knew it! Lozzd, just stop using the data center as your private sauna please. Thank you very much.

This thing hasn't been working for me since the middle of march... Everything else is fine and then when i click the reconnect button it crashes. i've checked a lot of stuff, including uninstalling/reinstalling the desktop client, etc.

    I have this same problem

Same here for a couple of days. I've tried all kinds of things. Installed, cleared (.plist; App Support/Last.FM; Library/Logs and Caches...), and re-installed three times. Gone to Diagnostics and reconnected, refreshed... The window always shows scrobbling - over a thousand tracks now - but I still have a big fat zero on my page(s). I've even opened a second account (this one) to see if that would take care of the problem and I still get zero plays registered. What a mess..and no answers for weeks.

Did you try to reinstall the Last.fm scrobbler in such a manner as I described in this thread?

Hi, I've tried everything, reinstalled, clicked diagnostics and tried reconnect. I have the latest iTunes and using a iMac. On my Last.fm scrobbler all the songs appeared as listened to, but my current songs are not appearing on my page. I've tried everything, please help.
