Press F5 to refresh current client window content

Here is a suggestion :

Pressing F5 key would reload the texts and images of the current client window (scrobbling track and artist).
In fact, I often scrobble artists without any info. This makes me click and add, at least, a picture.
But my client cache will always display a no-picture picture for that artist. That is, unless I empty the whole cache.

It would be a convenient way to display newer info without flushing the whole cache (like in internet browsers for instance).
