Unable to scrobble using Windows 7 and iTunes

Hello,

I just got a new computer, and am trying to get last.fm to work. The songs are showing up in the bar in the last.fm program, and also they show up in the scrobbling tab under diagnostics. However, they go from there and do not show up on my page.

I checked my Norton 360, and have allowed last.fm and iTunes access. I uninstalled, and reinstalled, and it still doesn't work.

There is a connection because I put a song as loved and that appears on my last.fm page.
