Little help?

I have always used iTunes but I used to be big on Winamp and alt players. But since I use my Mac for my ipod i figure I can finally rid windows of iTunes and jump into foobar. How exactly do I get this stuff on last.fm? I downloaded foo audiosrobbler but I am already lost. Little help?

Forget I even mentioned the mac. I am on a Windows machine and I want to use Foobar but no idea how to get the scrobbler to work.
