is there any way to make it.. less ugly?

by the seems of things its a good player, but kinda plain
anything like skins? or something?

The columns UI is pretty cool. I edit the font faces/colors to customize mine. If I wanted to jumble it up with a bunch of useless skin, I'd use something else.

Well, I got a surprisingly large response to that, so, the main thing you need is ColumnsUI. Get that going and learn a bit about it. The 3rd Party Plugins forum hosted by hydrogenaudio has a heap of great information and interesting plugins, so go to town (you'll find ColumnsUI there, of course).

PM me or post here (or preferrably on the hydrogenaudio forums unless you can't be stuffed signing up) if you have further problems - but try to get things going on your own if possible.

Great taste of music!

Columns UI is the way to go.
It's great; very flexible too. My layout, while completely different to Xhaos's, is done just with Columns UI and format strings.

This is my basic layout:

Would anyone be able to help me out on buttons? I can't seem to get new buttons at all. :(
I first got some in .png. Changed it to bitmap, and they still won't work?
General process to change buttons would be nice.

Also, does foobar, in nature, play the next song that you select? I mean, I wanted it to go straight through my list. But I right clicked a song for information, so it was selected. It then plays that song I was looking at? (It was like, 30 songs back in the playlist)

I find that odd, too. Can it be changed? I obviously haven't messed with it much to find out, but it seems counterintuitive -- I mean, I'm just checking the tags, not enqueueing it for next play.
