Playing multiple stations at once?

  • Playing multiple stations at once?

So I was wondering if a feature could be added to play more than one station at the same time. Basically this is what I mean. It would be essentially the exact same thing as if I stopped the player after a song finished and typed in another tag/artist to play and hit play, BUT INSTEAD the client does it on its own and cycles through a list of stations I've already entered.

Maybe my playlist/mixed station would be an option too, so theoretically I could play my Mix station and add in 2 other bands and 1 genre that I'm interested in and basically create a conglomerated custom station.

    Did that make sense?

  • Just to be clear.. I'm not saying "can I pick the exact artists/bands that will play"... if I added 2 bands and 1 genre, I would still HEAR the related artists etc that last.fm already plays for me if I pick 1 band. The client wouldn't be doing anything fancy to give me super-duper control over who/what I listened to... would SIMPLY cycle through a list of stations, automatically, the exact same as if I did it myself manually right now.

Why aren't you using Combo.FM or this Google extension Last.fm free music player ?
  • Pretty cool. Anybody know if these features will ever become native to the last.fm client?
