Removal of limitation of length of message in private shoutboxes

Instead of current 1000 chars limit, my idea includes unlimited or very extensive one for private shoutboxes. These overlong messages would have "show more" link like Wiki previews on artist pages. People are omitting it anyway. The limit is good for public discussions, but not necessary on user profiles. The same link could be applied to shouts in journals, which are yet unlimited.
