Unsubscribe from items on the Reply Tracker.

It would be nice to be able to unsubscribe from items on the Reply Tracker.

I've seen

but I dont understand this script download thing -it seems to be talking about sorting through videos...?

These user scripts are for Greasemonkey, which is a Firefox Addon which allows custom changes to specific websites. Apart from Firefox most other browser are supporting them too, I think.
