I use 3D softwares. The album covers in the image are 3D mesh objects, with a texture image applied. I can animate that also, so the laser lights oscililate, or the water moves, etc. =)

Here is another album cover being displayed. I did this one for a local show/event:

Normally, The Cryb is about the Metal, so this one came from the Pseudo-Cryb. lol.

Hi,

First of all, I'd like to say how wonderful this App is. I've never found a better way to update my background regularly.

But I can't seem to set it to generate a wallpaper from my Weekly Album Chart, the option for that is greyed out in the Data Source menu.

Can you help me please?

Crash

Hi there! Unfortunately, I am unable to generate a wallpaper using the 'Desktop Generator' of Gijsco. Is crashes everytime and I end up with the message " Er is een fout opgetreden bij het maken van de webproxy die is opgegeven in de configuratiesectie system.net/defaultProxy." Is there anyone who is familiar with this bug and who can give me an advise to solve this problem? Thanks! Carola

I have found with Windows XP and Vista, that any updateable or animated background, will eventually freeze up, or crash the desktop. Usually happens, as I attempt to load them up and other apps and programs, also become sluggish or freeze.

This is just my personal preference, but think I'll stick with creating my own still frames and update the model, whenever and however I like ; )

Can someone explain how to generate from last 3/6/12 month album chart? When I try, it crashes. Running Win7. Is there an alternative software available? I see this hasn't been updated for a while, perhaps the API changed.

Plus I'm getting a lot of dupes on my desktop... any way around this? I'd rather have say my top 100 albums, than my top 30 albums repeated 4 times each!

Hey guys, I'm having a bit of trouble and was wondering if any of you could help out. When i click draw, it comes up with an error saying it cant find my user folder and desktop folder in documents and settings. Any idea whats going on? Thanks in advance.
