Artist shoutbox does not work. (Obake)

Hey there. I was trying in numerous attempts on different days now to shout something on this artists shoutbox:

In every way and time it just says " Saving…" and never finishes.
Tried it with different Browsers aswell. I think that shoutbox is just empty for that particular reason.

... or am I wrong and I am the only one?

Well, I shoud additionally say that I have no problems on that matter whatsoever on other shoutboxes (users & artists).
