In my library, there's loads of scrobbles for "Prodigy" (the American rapper) that belong to "The Prodigy" (the British techno group). There's no doubt what artist these songs belong to as both the albums and song titles in no way collide with anything the American rapper has ever released.
Still, the scrobbles (that come from Spotify) are identified as the American rapper. This is annoying, since it pollutes my library with music I don't like. Is it not possible to move all of these scrobbles from "Prodigy" to "The Prodigy", and shouldn't Last.fm's auto-tagging and correction algorithm do this automatically?

You can vote for the tracks to be redirected from one artist to another but manual intervention by staff is required to put a track level indirection into effect. I have campaigned for moderators being allowed to do this here
Ah, that's the most subtle piece of functionality I've seen in a while. While it utterly sucks that I have to open each and every one of my 122 mislabeled scrobbles and "suggest a correction", it's at least good that I can.
Thanks!

Move all scrobbles to the correct artist
