Портал Xlam.BY впервые посетил венгерский музыкальный фестиваль Sziget, который проходил на острове внутри города Будапешт. В этом году остров посетили более 400 тысяч человек. Подготовкой к проведению 7-дневного пати занимались 6000 человек более двух недель. Даже в день заселения служащие с немногозначительной надписью на спине «In-Kal» работали как муравьи, чтобы город в городе успел вырасти к вечеру. И убирают это до сих пор. Когда, наконец, закончились всяческие приготовления, выросли все тенты и палатки с дорогой едой, водой и алкоголем, выступили венгры и малоизвестные американцы с программой "Love Music Hate Racism", пришло время настоящего Sziget'а. И пока посетители осматривали историческую часть Будапешта, I am X успел открыть фестиваль. Белорусы, говорят, не видели этого, зато научились пользоваться HEV (электропоезда, ведущие на остров Обудаи), перелили спиртное в бутылки от спрайта и успели ещё красоты насмотреться. Notabene Prodigy was a one big disappointment - but no wonder, that crappy new sellout album ruined everything. Tricky also failed amazingly! Birdy nam nam played too early, but it was cool! Pluses and 10 points to Klaxons, Placebo, Goodspeed, Pöli, and Zagar! All in all a great experience and awesome festival. See you next year ^^

Leandero89 All in all an experience of a lifetime! From day -2 till monday morning the next week it was all partying and going through the tents. Loved pretty much all of those. Ambiencetent: thank you for giving me the relaxing time i need. Magic Mirror(AKA gaytent) Thank you for making me LAUGH! :p, Partyarena, thank you for the dancing! THANK YOU SZIGET!!!!!!!!! I LOVE BUDAPEST! Best roadtrip holiday, the experience of a lifetime. Best stuff i´ve seen: Snow Patrol, White Lies, The Prodigy, Block Party, Buena Vista Social Club, The Offspring, Jet, Danko Jones, Ska-P. I LOVED THOSE. Other than that so many excellent performances and so many fucking tents. It was incredibly big. I loved most of them, and all the bars. Waterpipetent rocks! Budapest: THANK YOU. I love szecheny bathouse and the great city centre! Disappointments: - IAMX(why didnt they play 'think of england'? other then that it was cool), -faith no more... (not at all my style, for me it was a horrible ending) The partyarena and wan2stage were SOOOO WARM and Crowded.(especially during white lies and armin van buuren) I had to go out of the tent or i'd faint lol. We started calling the mainroad from entrance to the end of the island the 'sufferroad' since it was so long lol. (our tent was on the opposite side of the island from the entrance)

idontanything Großartige 7 kaputte Tage. Hygiene, etc deckte sich mit den üblichen Festivalerwartungen.

kanwulf77 Hygiene war das Letzte! Man sah an jeder Ecke Einsparungen zum letzten Jahr und den davor. Eine Menge völlig besoffener und keine Selbstachtung mehr habene Engländer und Franzosen. Achja, auch Deutsche waren darunter. Satyricon war nur enttäuschend, wenn man sie vor 13 Jahren das Letzte mal sah. Turbonegro gingen ab, wie eine Arschrakete!! Stellenweise kam das Festival wie ein einziges Scheiss- und dumm gröhlende Alkoholleichen-Haus vor. Prodegy waren zumindestens bei uns nur Schlägertapen unterwegs. Musik egal, ich darf nun jeden umpogen. Nepra war ein Geheimtipp und war wirklich toll. Hm, hatte ich erwähnt, dass wirklich überall hingepi*** und gesch*** wurde? Nach dem Hammer-Lineup von 2008, 2009 enttäuschend.
