Another weekend of drunken debauchery and music, since this is last.fm, I guess I'll focus on the music....
Friday:
Tom Middleton
Never heard his stuff before, and I'm not the biggest expert on dance music, but I enjoyed his set. The crowd seemed to be enjoying it, even if the average age in the room was about 15. It was more like a European underage disco than the dance stage at Oxegen. Either way I enjoyed it.
The Answer
The most famous rockers from Northern Ireland. I've heard their stuff before, very rock n' roll; I can see why they're touring with AC/DC. Nice to see proper old fashioned rock still going strong.
Japanese Pop Stars
More Northern Irish music. Only caught the latter half of the gig, but I liked it all the same. I had heard their music before, and it didn't really strike me as anything special. Though to see it performed live has changed my opinion of them.

Finally, a dance artist I actually listen to. I like the album, though unfortunately they were just playing a DJ set. …
