As the sun begins to break through the winter clouds and the temperature starts to rise, so does the anticipation among the true party crowd as they gear up for the event that will kick off the summer festival calendar in truly unforgettable style: PARKLIFE.

From small beginnings in 2000, PARKLIFE has evolved into a national institution renowned for delivering cutting-edge line-ups of incredible talent from around the globe. In 2007, the PARKLIFE National Tour proved to be the standout success of the calendar year, showcasing what many regarded as one of the most diverse, eclectic and ground-breaking line-ups ever assembled to a combined crowd of over 100,000 people across the country.

Now in its ninth year, PARKLIFE is as much an Australian icon as the eucalyptus trees under which it was first staged, and once again in 2008 will be bringing an unrivalled array of fresh and experienced international live acts and dj’s to Adelaide, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane and Sydney.

Parklife is a world of its own.

Tickets on sale midday Tuesday 15th July
First release: $99 + bf Final release: $119 + bf
(This is an over 18’s event only. No entry without photo ID)

All available from www.parklife.com.au, www.tenpoundcrew.com and Ticketmaster.

Last year Parklife was staged for the first time in the Brisbane City Botanic Gardens. In a beautiful riverside location with expanses of lawn, palm groves and flower beds alplenty, this beautiful venue (which includes Riverstage) is perfect for Parklife.

In 2008 Parklife returns to this idyllic location, using more of the Botanic Gardens and showcasing an unrivalled array of the world’s best DJs and live acts, all of which will make for another unforgettable Fuzzy experience.
