Dancing with her Glow-in-the-dark poi spinning, the one and only „Poi Sin“ from the Sin Sisters!
Burlesque performances ranging from modern twists to classic gangster homages to the very roots of burlesque by Ottawa’s very own Bourbon & Spice Burlesque!
Two very different modern twists on traditional belly dance performances. Firstly we have our very own Oksana performing classic belly dancing with a dark, gothic twist. Secondly we have a duo performing what is described as „A Gothic Fusion Bellydance performance inspired by those once believed to carry human souls to the land of the dead. This alternative piece features exquisite costuming, original music and a macabre twist on the crows that haunt the October skies.“
LIVE art creation by Canadian artists including renowned painter David Cation, among others and we are still looking for other visual artists to join with us in creating a co-opertive acrylic painting, created live throughout both nights of the festival! We will also be showcasing of various works by local artists throughout the bar.
Interactive and demonstrative workshops including, but not limited to liquid latex body painting, DIY ‘found object’ art where the average clubgoer is encouraged to pick up a brush and try their hand at a little art!
