NOT AT THE SAN DIEGO FAIR. I FLAGGED THIS FOR A VENUE CHANGE, SINCE IT'S AT THE DEL MAR RACETRACK AND NOT THE COUNTY FAIR, AS IT AUTOMATICALLY CHANGED TO WHEN I TRIED TO PUT THE RACETRACK AS THE VENUE.
4 PM is the official start time but the 4 O'clock Fridays usually don't start until around 8. It'll be packed, though, so getting there at 4 isn't a bad idea.
Free aside from the track entry fee (which is 8 bucks, I think) and completely free for under 16 if accompanied by a parent. All-ages, though the security guards might give you shit if you're underage and without a parent if you get there early enough (before the bulk of the concert crowd).
