    This was bloody amazing and completely different to how I imagined. I loved how they translated the Loveless sound for the live audience by playing really, really loud. It took, like, two days to recover my hearing. The twenty minute single chord thing they did at the end got old VERY quickly, though.

    I'm usually very dubious about 'comeback gigs' but no worries with this one. It was every bit as stunning as I'd hoped. Glad it gave people too young to have seen em back in the day a chance to experience the best live band they'll ever see. They were just as great as they were back in 88-92 (and if any other old farts tell you otherwise, just ignore them!)

    I hope the annoying fat bloke that everyone's been gong on about from Fri and Sat isn't at this gig too! Having said that there were plenty of twats at MBV gigs back when I saw them as a skinny teenager in 1989! Didn't change the fact that they were still the best live band I've ever seen (and I've seen hundreds since). Can't frigging wait. Who cares who the support is? We'll have forgotten about it 2 seconds into MBV anyway!
